You guys know me, I have been MAJORLY complimentary of Rangers’ transfer business, not just this window, but since Nils Koppen has taken over Rangers’ recruitment. However this is a horrendous signing for Rangers. Totally wrong age, no mobility, no real quality and absolutely not going to get Rangers to where they need to be. There will be people who tell me I am wrong and that he will fill the homegrown quota etc etc, but I don’t care. This is just a total drain on the wage bill. First signing Rangers have got wrong this summer.

I like to use this video in my mental health class I teach at my job. Reason behind is one of our team members took his own life and all of us didn’t expect it. Always the happiest person at work, always joking around, and made everyone feel good. He got along with everyone but he would also be quiet sometimes we thought that was just him relaxing. Well after he took his own life found out he just used that as his “makeup” apparently he was battling his mental illness for years and never told anyone because he didn’t want to be a burden. He wanted to make people feel good and never focused on himself. But this video like I said is a good example people struggling with mental health can hide it easy and you would never expect it.

I watched this exact video a few months ago with my best friend, he is 24. We talked about how I did not expect that the other man would commit suicide. He told me that the people who don’t talk about it and act happy all the time will commit suicide, he knew exactly how the video will end. Now, exactly 1 month ago, my happy best friend committed suicide himself. Even though he told me this a few months ago, i still did not expect it that my own best friend will do the same. I know his young soul is in a better place now, without mental pain. For me, this comment feels a bit of a relief, knowing I can talk about it with total strangers who may have experienced the same thing as me. I just wanted to say: check in on your happy friends before it’s too late, like in my case. If anyone wants to talk about mental health just leave comment, I’ll try my best to help you. ❤️
